The Owners

Mark and Bronwyn have been part of KingFisher Bay Resort since it opened in  1993.  

They purchased one of the first Villas offered for sale.   The Resort and Fraser Island has become part of their lives.  The Resort and Fraser Island has been, and remains a special place for their children (now young adults) Jane, Kate and Will; as well as the rest of the Family

The land at Sunset4 was purchased in 2006 and the next 3 years saw the careful design and construction of the ideal getaway.

Other people who shared the dream include

  • Ivor Davies, Group General Manager KingFisher Bay Resort and Village
    Ivor sold us his beloved block on the Southern Sunset Estate and generously gave us his plans as well as invaluable advice throughout the planning stages
