The basic philosophy behind the design of Sunset 4 is to allow up to 8 people to stay in complete comfort with room to share with other  House guests but the opportunity for couples  to relax in their own space.

There is a large Lounge /Dining area with room for 8 people together with a large deck at the front so that you can all enjoy the vista of the Great Sandy Straits either sharing a meal or relaxing in the in-deck spa.

A fully equipped kitchen with Meile appliances and a large double door refrigerator as well as a gas barbeque is provided

The views of the Sunset provide a peaceful way of ending a day either spent relaxing or viewing the many wonders that Fraser Island offers.

A separate deck with full protection from the rain also allows for alfresco dining with easy access to the meals area.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has individual ensuite facilities, a deck with sea views, flat screen TV's and DVD player and writing desk.  Each bedroom has a separate deck with views

Two of these bedrooms have kingsize beds which can be separated into single beds. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds

All rooms are air-conditioned (including bedrooms) and ceiling fans are provided in the Lounge /Dining area and in each bedroom.

Extensive use of louvre windows which are remotely controlled allow energy efficient ventilation.
